Dongbei Speial Steel Group is the key enterprise for the production and research of special alloys in China. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment such as VIM, VAR, ESR, 2000t / 3500t forging press, 1000t forging machine, 4-high and 20-high strip cold rolling mill and cold-drawn steel wire production line. It produces different types of special alloys like heat-resisting stainless steel, corrosion resisting alloys, expansion alloys, elastic alloys and precision alloys in bar, cake, ring, strip, sheet, and wire etc. Special alloy products can be supplied via EAF+ESR, EAF+VOD+ESR, AIM+ESR, VIM+ESR or VIM+VAR process with different quality level for customers in aerospace, aviation, military, power station precision alloys, anticorrosion alloy, titanium alloys ,alloy bars, forgings, sheet, strip, wire.
Glass sealed iron-nickel-cobalt alloy 4J29 cold-rolled strip, GH128、GH140 have been awarded the “National Gold Cup Prize for its product quality conforming to the international standard.”
Dongbei Special Steel Group can produce special alloy for 90 categories, including soft magnetic steel, permanent magnetic material, elastic material, expanding alloy. 4J29 has been awarded the “National Gold Cup Prize for its product quality conforming to the international standard.” for many years.
