The forging heavy die block and pre-hardening plastic die steel have been awarded the “National Gold Cup Prize” for its products conforming to the international quality standard and given the title of “China Top Brand” .The maximum size of pre-hardening plastic die steel produced by Dongbei Special Steel Group is up to 800x1300mm, with fine homogeneity in hardness, section tolerance of +/-1.5HRC and whole hardness tolerance of +/-3HRC.

This product has fine hardness uniformity that the hardness of same section tolerance is +/-1.5HRC and the whole hardness tolerance is +/-3HRC. This product quality has reached the level of import and filled up lacuna of the market.

The annual output is up to 10000 tons. The product has enjoyed high reputation by customers, and been exported to the global markets. Especially in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta.
